Retail Store Assistant Manager
Award-winning Climax Shops is looking for their next great assistant manager!
If you have some supervisory experience in retail, but have not fully managed the entire store, our assistant manager position would be ideal for you! We will help you build your experience and learn the ins-and-outs of running our locations, as well as everything you need to know to be a great leader for your team!
This isn't a big box store position, and direct customer facing and B2C sales experience is required.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 or older.
- At least 2 years of experience in a lead, supervisor, or assistant manager position in retail
- Excel in customer service and always have a positive attitude.
- Excellent math skills.
- Eager to learn and increase product and policy knowledge.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Leads by example.
- Problem solver.
- High level of ethics, integrity, values and trust, and the ability to recognize and build those qualities in your team.
- Open communication skills.
- Flexible availability (including nights, weekends and holidays).
