Yes and no. While we want you to have a satisfactory experience, we have been burned by some bad people. We cannot be liable for any problems with the products after they leave our premises. So please (and pretty please) check your products before you get out of the store and let us know if something is wrong. We will be more than happy to replace or refund, as long as it is checked before leaving the store.
